Design/Decorating Tip:
Like most of us, you probably have several pieces of fabric that you just love leftover from other projects, but there just isn't quite enough for a seat cushion, window treatment or even a large pillow. What can you do with this beautiful fabric!?
Well, try this: take that wonderful piece of fabric to your favorite custom framer, have them stretch that fabric just as they would an art canvas, then put it in a frame that goes with the fabric and your current decor, take it home and hang it. Great new look that instantly adds interest, color and texture to your walls! Or, buy a readymade frame, precut mat, wrap your fabric around it; pop it back into the frame, add your favorite photo, hang and enjoy. Viola! Two great new looks that you and your friends will love.
Colors. Fabrics. Textures.

designing for interiors and artwork. But remember, they must complement while still adding a touch of drama or intrigue or slpash of color or contrast.
When your room needs a little "pop" or "zing", try reversing the fabric on the focal piece of furniture. Like we did on this settee. The right side or front of the fabric was the blue (the color seen on the front of the pillow and the button on the arm) which was too close to the wall finish, so we reversed the fabric to the back side and, viola!, a stunning settee that is
the focal point of this foyer!
